The moon or Mercury must make conjunction or change the house with the Lord of 9^th, first or with the 3^rd house Lord. It shows travel is sure.

4. If the Lord of the ninth is in the fourth house means that the native parents are ill.  He will die during the travel.

Travel will be Successful or Not of the Native

When the significator of the travel is powerful, and make aspects with Jupiter or Venus or in his own house, the native travel safe and sound to earn honor, property and friendship in foreign land.

If the significator of the travel is weak, or posted in malevolent planets’ house or make aspects with Mars or Jupiter, both are malevolent planets show difficulties in travel from the beginning.
