How to use Transits and Dasha System?

There’s always one thing to remember, and that is transits and Dasha systems should be used simultaneously. Transits of MD AD and PD lords should be given more importance than other transits happening in the sky. Relationships of other planets in transit with MD AD and PD lord is also required to be analysed.

Technique – 1

A linear approach :- say, the following combination of Dasha/Antardasha/Pratyantar-Dasha is in play:Mars- Mon-Ven,

transit of mars, moon and Venus becomes critical here, also at the same time we will have to substantiate the promise of an event for each of these planets in question mars, moon and Venus by looking into the natal chart.

Note the transits [ in red] mars in 7th, ven in 6th and moon in 11 from asc, In general, good position for Mars and Venus and moon – provides a general idea of the running MD/AD/PD

Technique – 2

A dynamic approach

In this approach, analyse the relative position of planets (MD,AD and PD lord) not only from asc but also ‘from natal position of the planet → transiting Venus is in 8th from natal Venus which is also an asc lord and likewise transiting mars is 5th from its natal position → this method provides an additional perspective and more importantly an additional data point for analysis – So Venus transiting in 6th house from the lagna but 8th from the Lagan lord → blend this together [ debt + difficulties] this is going to be the theme of pratyantar of Venus running under mars MD and Mon AD. Likewise one can also see the relative position of mars and Venus and Venus and moon and mars and moon to check various other aspects such as mars ( property, husband , blood etc) so here once Venus ( vehicle) moves to Scorpio with mars there could be a chance of native purchasing a car. Note – Scorpio is also 4th from moon( natural karaka for moveable property).

I am just presenting a concept that works and one can build on it. There is also a concept of planetary Vedha in transits as per which there is either an enhancement or reduction of the transit effects. One can blend all of this with Asthagvarga points to get a quantified version of impact of transits
